Start-up assets required include expenses and cash needed to support operations until revenues reach an acceptable level. Most of the company's liabilities will come from outside private investors and management investment; however, we have obtained an estimate on our private building, which is currently valued at Rs 1 billion, which can be put as collateral when the company needs overdraft facilities to complete projects. The company expects to reach profitability in year 2 and does not anticipate any serious cash flow problems.

We have invested in state-of-the-art office equipment, high-tech communication facilities leading to expedition of the entire process. To put into its context, we have invested on staff training and all our staff members have experience and realize the job requirement completely.
